Here netbeans + xampp how to make it work?

Hello.
Good people, tell me what's wrong and how to fix everything?
Installed netbeans 11.2 + xampp.
The E:\Xampp7.4.1\htdocs\Test-Xamppindex file opens normally in the folder.
In netbeans I create a new project... I start... it http://localhost:8080/Test-Xampp/index.phpopens normally.
Having previously made a database and imported the existing project database there (in phpmyadmin), I add the old project to netbeans through "open project".
But when you start it crashes constantly http://localhost:8080/dashboard/
Something I don’t understand what’s wrong ...
