How to fix encoding corruption after copying via Filezilla?

Here I am working in Netbeans. Cyrillic is normally visible.
Then I upload the project to the server through Filezilla. I want to fix something. I press RMB - "View / Edit". The file opens. But Cyrillic is displayed incorrectly. For example, like this:

How can I make them display normally?
