I understand correctly that under max connections in pusher.com/pricing there is actually a number of simultaneous users?
Another question for owners of non-Russian windows azure accounts - are there msdn and bizspark benefits for add-ons, in particular for the pusher, in the store?

Based on the description of bizspark benefits :
I remember Sendgrid had a different pricing line for Azure, so maybe Pusher for Azure did different pricing.
