Help with NetBeans on Mac

For some reason, when setting the project encoding to cp1251, NetBeans saves everything in utf-8.
everything was fine on Windows =(

ps Coda saves everything as it should, but I don't want to mess with NetBeans ;)

If you really set the cp1251 encoding in the project settings? but it still opens in utf-8, then maybe try changing the default file encoding for all NetBeans . Unless of course it interferes with other projects.

This is a sign from above that you need to score on all sorts of cp **** and use utf8!

If the project is already ready, then the encoding will not change until you write and save something (and so on for each file)!
