And if it is in Russian, then do not even be surprised. Such things ONLY need to be put in native English, so that later without problems.
Better to reinstall. And look and clean the registry, but do not touch several files there that are responsible for displaying photoshop, illustrator, bridge, acrobat, etc. bundles. There are like 1-2. I'm not sure if they are needed or not when everything is reinstalled, but I left them.

The only thing that also leaves tails, if you delete it later, you also need to clean it up after it so that adobe works fine.
