Help navigate the online support systems on the site

We need an online support system (dialogue with the operator) for a Russian-language site. Tried to search and register, but already lost in all its diversity. Watching everyone has no strength.

Tell us who uses what, which service is better?

And I would also recommend this: mibew.org/
I myself use www.zopim.com/ because. I don't need more.

I use Rustalk . Of the minuses - sometimes the server crashes and you can not upload a file to clients and there is no registration, of the pluses is a powerful Windows application with a bunch of statistics and functions. In principle, based on the fact that they adjusted it for free as an advertisement, I am satisfied.

The simplest and most natural online support system for the user on the site is icq.
