Postman service in i2p from postman? This is if you need an analogue of e-mail or you need a connection with a large Internet. If you need IM, then i2p-messenger. But you can't get in touch with the big internet. Decisions are nowhere more anonymous.

You can also write something simple yourself. I did a simple chat in php, deleting all correspondence immediately after use. Or find ready-made solutions, but there is a possibility of backdoors from the creators. And run it all on your hosting.

If you want to sleep peacefully, install Pidgin for Linux and Windows (or Audium for MacOs) with OTR plugin for yourself and your correspondence partners. Then you can use any xmpp service, for example Google Talk (I correspond through it) or you can even use Facebook or Odnoklassniki chat. The history of correspondence will remain on the server, of course (no service can guarantee that access to your correspondence is absolutely impossible), but it will be encrypted.

As a variant of CommentAll.org, it is not strictly anonymous, but you can confuse those who need your correspondence.
