Help me find a database of phrases with frequency of use

Actually I asked Google, but those bases to which he refers most often are just bases of synonyms. I am interested in a base of this kind:
word1, word2, frequency
And it is even better that there are phrases not only double, but also triple:
word1, word2, word3, frequency
Languages are of interest to English and Russian. I understand that the volume of such a database will be serious, but still ...
Maybe someone met what I need?

You can take a couple of Tolstoy's books and a few scientific articles and do the frequency analysis yourself. It's not that hard.

Trishin's synonym dictionary: ( www.trishin.ru/dictionary/DictionarySetup.zip ) The database in Acces-format will be in the folder with the installed program. Phrases are cut off by the filter "contains" + " " (space)
Next, you need to work with an online service that has data on the frequency of use (for example, with such u.to / JzDBBA )
To work with English: the Webster English Dictionary is considered complete (hence www .trishin.ru/left/dictionary ). Perhaps for foreign languages, the method proposed above is suitable.
