There are two applications, one on a static server (a fairly large amount of data is planned), the second is at the customer's. Tell me, which database is better to use so that it is possible to send information from the customer from his server directly to us in the database? Or send to Google with the correct request so that you can understand this topic in more detail.

The database is not selected on this basis. The process that is needed is called replication and there are different tools in different databases. On a large volume, you need to do exclusively active replication, not snapshots. There will be three problems at once:
- loss of connection
- the replica will work only for reading (and if not, then the replication is two-way and you will break the database for the client)
- depending on what kind of data it is, you may be banned for security reasons
