It is necessary to be able to deliver SMS to the numbers of all operators in America and Canada, including Verizon Wireless. The delivery time of SMS is also critical (no more than 2-3 minutes).

Tried:
panaceamobile.com - badly sent to any American provider
infobip.com - sent to America, but delivers up to 5-6 hours.

Can anyone come across? Help advice...

Maybe this will suit you. I didn’t send it to America in Russia, it works fine.

Yakoon maybe? I know that their site is not solid, the acceptance of payments is not automated, but they send SMS reliably.
