That doesn't happen. Under the 7200s, I have never seen such capacious cards, and the most suitable 2960s with 48 copper ports have a maximum of 4 SFP gigabit uplinks.
Or, as an option, two 10G uplinks each (they simply turn into a 4xGig adapter).
You must either limit yourself to 4 SFPs, or buy a separate switch that has only SFP ports.
