Help me choose a NAS for storing photos and videos

Good afternoon everyone.

I have a Western Digital WDH2NC20000 at home .
It has 2 1TB disks. In the mirror. Places became sorely lacking.
In addition, the web interface (although I don’t go there very often) severely slows down after 4-5 days of work, I have to overload (before, by the way, this was not the case).

As a result, I decided to replace the device.
I do not want to collect iron myself.

As a result, I choose between:
1. QNAP TS-219P II (I like the review on 3DNews )
2. Synology DS212 or Synology DS212j or Synology DS212+ (I just like it)
3. NETGEAR ReadyNAS DUO v2 (I like the price)

I plan to put there 2 disks of 4TB each.

Main use:
- storage and work with photos (raw format, so they weigh decently)
- video storage (it is possible to work with video from there, WD does not allow uploading video to Final Cut via the network without brakes)
- watching movies
- torrent

Wishes:
- low noise
- speed of work

I ask for help and tips in choosing between the options above. Or advice on other models.
The budget without disks is a maximum of 12-15 tr.

Thanks a lot.

As a result, if anyone is interested, I took Synology DS212j.
While put there 2х3Tb of a disk (WD Green).
Yes, I understand that it is more interesting to assemble a computer and run some kind of NAS OS, it can be cheaper, and in a geeky way.
But I still have women in the house who need simplicity and convenience. And I don't have time to install, configure and maintain the OS.
In a nutshell, in comparison with my former NAS Western Digital WDH2NC20000, everything looks like this:
1. Speed. It seems that I used to have a modem, well, or mobile not 3G Internet, but now they connected a dedicated line!
2. Convenience, simplicity, functionality. I've been on Mac for 3-4 years now. The whole family has a MacBook (fortunately, a 4-year-old daughter has only an iPad). I used to love Windows. Especially XP. Worked in them since version 3.11. But now I can not sit at the PC. Everything seems slow, uncomfortable, buggy and slow. So Synology is OS X, and WD is not even XP ...
But there is a minus. Synology is the first device and a huge number of electronics purchases in a lifetime, which turned out to be non-working on the first purchase attempt. Marriage. I had to go and change to something else… I read on the forums that this happens with them…
In general, so far I really like everything.
Thanks everyone for the replies and advice.

They will definitely write me down as HP agents.
Buy Microserver. $400 case for five 3.5 screws (or 4*3.5" + 4*2.5" in a special basket) with the ability to insert up to two PCI cards.
Perfectly fits into the section of the Ikei "Expedit" along with a switch and a Wi-Fi point. :)
Not heard, not seen for more than a year. Turned off twice during this time. Once to install a two-headed gigabit network, and the second time to vacuum it.
The SATA controller is very productive. with RAID10 on screws 135MB / sec writes, 168 - gives.

I would try to update the firmware if there is a fresh one and insert two multi-terabytes into the current storage.
Tell me, do you often need a webmord for storage?

I do not see any requirements for size and software, so I would advise you to build a NAS yourself. I like to collect everything myself :)
