How to set up VPN access to certain sites on freebsd (nas4free)?

There is a home server (nas) running on nas4free. It has PLEX installed to watch movies on the local network. The trouble is that Plex has a convenient plug-in for loading information about films from a movie search, but since access to film search from Ukraine is blocked, then the plugin does not work. Here's how I would like to fix it. The only solution I see is to set up access to film search through vpn (as on a personal computer). Is it possible to do this only for one site? And if so - kick, please, in which direction to dig. Thanks in advance
