Help in choosing a school or direction, maybe someone will help?

For the last year, I have thoroughly wanted to learn a language, and go "joon" to gain experience.
Learning is easy, but quickly becomes uninteresting.
Tried Html Css but something went wrong.
I'm thinking of trying to go to "Skillbox" PHP developer from 0 to PRO, will they give a base to start a career (perhaps someone has already passed)?
ZY I wanted to try the design, but after finding a couple of articles, it became clear that I had no talent from the word at all.
