What second second programming language should a java developer try?

Recently, I realized that it gets boring to work on java on the back and js on the front - I would like to learn a second programming language that will work on jvm and use it in web development. What would you recommend to learn as a second language after java?
High remuneration and demand in the IT market is important. I ask you to justify this or that choice. Thank you!

Are you using kotlin in web development? How are you?

usually.
You already decide what you need.
pay and demand
This is the java of all options.
A good developer is paid a lot on any of the options, but there are much fewer vacancies and this will most likely be a vacancy not only for a programmer.
If you want Java with sugar, then Kotlin, if you want functionality, then Scala and Clojure
