Hi everybody. I’m just learning layout, I downloaded a layout from the Internet for practice, and there is such a menu:
how to layout it correctly? more specifically, how to make double stripes of different colors? their width is 2 px. And also, how to make these overflows? in flash effects: embossing and gradient.
Googled but didn't find an answer.

IMHO, the stripes can be made borders. For example, set home to the right of one color, and services to the left, another color.
You can make a gradient using the gradient generator. And in general there is a plug-in for fsh.
