Help fix wifi problem

Habrozhiteli, I ask for help in solving the problem of covering the office with Wi-Fi. Now we have LinkSys WRT54GL as a guest, and Vigor 2130n as a worker.
There are constant problems with the guest and you have to restart it every 2-3 days. Vigor does not need to be restarted, but the quality of the city sometimes drops to an unacceptable level.
I sin that too many devices are connected to the routers (over 20 on Vigor and the same number on LinkSys)
Is there a way out of this situation?

Too little information on device status.
Are there any logs of a hanging LinkSys?
What is the firmware (stock or DD / Open-WRT)? Doesn't it overheat? Is the food okay?
About network quality - Take inSSIDer and check the air around for free channels.

20 points is too much. The solution is to put more points and use UniFi, as written here:

Most likely, the channels used by the router are used by neighboring Wi-Fi access points, turn off auto-channel selection and select another channel manually, determine which channel is more stable by typing.
It is also possible that the router is overheating.

Problems most likely 2, reduced to one.
1. The processor of a poor router simply cannot cope with such a volume of data, it chokes. Or there is not enough RAM. Here, as they say, no comments - so everything is clear.
2. WiFI does not have MIMO - Multiple In Multiple Out. This greatly affects if you have a lot of devices connected to one access point. Read about it in this article here: habrahabr.ru/post/132247/
As you can see, it all comes down to the fact that you have too many devices on one router. So people are right to advise - you have to increase their number.
