Help build a trimmer

In general, there is a disassembled trimmer, it is a stator of two windings with 4 leads, respectively, 2 brushes, and of course the rotor itself. In what order is it all assembled?

Trimmer in the sense of a clipper? In other words, an engine?
Ring 4 outputs - these are two windings.
Deal with the working and launcher.

One directly to 220 (at least ~ 220 engine?), the second through a capacitor.
Google - calculation of capacitance for phase shift of a single-phase asynchronous motor.
Most likely, something like 2-4 microfarad volts per 600 will be offered.
The rotor is of course inserted into the stator.
Brushes are attached to the rotor (on one side it must have such a ring for this).
In the image - to the slip rings on the phase rotor.

apologize for the drawing, I couldn't find a better one.
It seems something like this ...
Or what is a trimmer? :)
