Heartbeat error on Zabbix. How to fix?

I created a proxy for monitoring in ZABBIX, then I had to rename it from proxy1 to another name
. Now there are errors on the server side, but everything works. I would like to know what is the reason..

heartbeat from active proxy on "IP" failed: proxy "proxy1" not found

forgot to change the name in the server part
