The Unreal Tournament series has always been native to Linux, can't swear for the latest games in the series.
ID also has a whole quake series.
Well, here - www.tuxgames.com/ , here (as I understand it) boxed native versions of games for Linux are sold. Maybe I'm wrong, but if not, you should find out about the very existence of any game on this site and then get it by the truth ... or not quite - as your conscience allows)
