Headphone issue in Windows 8.1

As you can see, the audio card driver is installed, however, when connecting headphones to a 3.5mm jack, the sound disappears in the built-in speakers and does not appear in the headphones.

Although Realtek detects that I have connected the connector, there is no sound.

Look at what playback device is worth when you connect the headphones.

It was necessary to click on the icon with the yellow folder, in the window that opened, check the box for "Disable detection of sockets on the front panel"

there was a similar problem - also 8.1
in audio devices everything was ok and the signal seemed to be going well - rolling back to another version of the sound driver helped
