Heading hierarchy H1-H6. How best to implement?

h3 - Pinned
Post Title
h3 - Pinned Post Title h3 -
Pinned Post Title PAGE CONTENT:
h2 - ARTICLE TITLE
h2 - NAME OF THE ARTICLE
h2 - NAME OF THE ARTICLE
Now the actual question is: is the hierarchy done correctly? It seems to me that it is made according to logic. Or is it better to wrap all articles in H2?
