Header of the outgoing letter than to receive?

They advised wireshark for this purpose, but I did not figure it out.
Is there an easier way or method? or tell me on your fingers how to do it in wireshark or another network monitor. thank.

As written above, letters are not sent via POP3 and IMAP, they are sent via SMTP. If you send by email program, you can see the headers of the letter in the Sent Items folder. If you need to know what headers your mail server adds or send by script, then send yourself a blind carbon copy (BCC) or, if sending from a script, add your address to the list of recipients without adding it to the email headers.
