Backup and replacement if the data is more expensive than a new one.

here is an article where everything is chewed up.
In any case, important data should be backed up.

SMART is actually a rather useless thing, in the sense that it does not give you the opportunity to judge with certainty that the disk will (or will not) live. A disk with excellent smart can die without warning, and vice versa, a disk with a "death" Reallocated Sector Count can plow and plow.
But! Your drive does (b) still have a few SMART scores that aren't at its best, and (a) it's "buggy and beeping". Here, without any smarts, it is urgent to merge the information and look for a replacement.

Judging by the smart - the disk is dead. A lot of reallocates, Value for 187, 197b 198 rested on 0 (and in principle a non-zero counter for these parameters is bad).
What to do? Mount with your hands, look at what swears. If mounted, then back up all the data, and the disk itself in the trash. Nothing will help him.
