Have you already found any iPad emulator for web browsing under Windows/MacOS?

I rummaged through a mountain of all sorts of sites in which a frame is put into the frame of the iPad, some kind of crooked desktop simulator written by volunteers, in which they apparently tried to recreate iOS from scratch, even put OS X on a virtual machine, installed xCode and there was only an IPhone Retina , after which Google was wiped to holes, because people still said that somewhere there in some versions there should be an iPad ....
In general, is there at least something sensible, dear? I don't care where, in Windows or in MacOS

VMWare - OS X Mavericks - XCode which appstore suggested. There is an iPad option in the device simulator. How truthfully it renders and who it pretends to be - I don’t know.
