Have I configured the proxy correctly on Ubuntu Server?

The essence of the question is this: There is a laptop. Ubuntu Desktop 14.04 LTS x86 system, configured a proxy on it:

1. sudo nano /etc/environment
2. sudo nano /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/70debconf
3. В GUI дополнительно прописал прокси!

Verdict - everything works like clockwork.
Next, there is a virtual machine. Ubuntu Server 14.04 LTS x86, configured on it like this:
1. sudo nano /etc/environment
2. sudo nano /etc/apt/apt.conf
Reboot server.

Apache is now installed on the server. Those. proxy earned on the server.
Have I configured everything on the server or are there still unconfigured files under the proxy somewhere?!
Sincerely!
Thanks in advance!
PS: When installing Ubuntu Server, I specifically missed the proxy setup item, so I could learn how to configure it manually!

Good afternoon, dear people!
Because no one for all this time deigned to answer, the verdict is as follows: When installing LAMP - there were no problems with the network! Therefore, the proxy setup was successful!
