Disk access denied, what to do?
Hello! Help me please! In general, I have 2 operating systems installed. This is Linux Ubuntu and Windows 11. I bought an SSD 3 months ago, transferred Windows, then I wanted to install Linux back (I removed it before buying an ssd). I accidentally installed it not on the SSD, but on the HDD. I did not notice this for a long time, and then I noticed that the partitions are on hdd, and there is nothing from Linux on ssd. I destroyed these partitions, installed Linux on ssd without any errors. Then I did something with the HDD, I don’t remember exactly. And after these steps, no OS can access the disk. In a word, the war for the disk between Linux and Windows. BIOS sees it, Windows does not see it in Explorer, but if you go into partition management, it is there, but nothing can be done with it, Linux sees it, but nothing can be done. What should I do in this situation?

Finally found a solution. Thanks Sergey Sergey for the solution and Drno for trying to help.
I booted from a Live Linux Ubuntu system and at least I was able to access partition management (i.e. I could delete, create, etc). Deleted all partitions, now the disk is available to both systems. There were a lot of incomprehensible sections, and rather they blocked access. I did it through the built-in GParter utility
