2 minor problems after installing arch + kde. Can you help?
I am an ubuntovod, but I mustered up the courage to put arch for myself for the first time (I wanted to for a long time). In principle, everything went smoothly until I put on my sneakers. If possible, 2 questions that are tormenting at the moment.
1) Fonts are generally good. But apart from two places: chrome and terminal. In chrome on the page, for example, mail.ru is a terrible SH. It's ok on the toaster. In general, in different ways, but this was definitely not the case on kubunt or ubunt.
Ideally, everything would be how to do it there, because I'm already used to it. Konsole also has a terrible font at all. Not so smooth.
I understand that I need to install the missing fonts, but I don't understand which ones. Maybe there is some ready-made package?
2) Did I install KDE correctly? First put pacmac -S xorg xorg-xinit sddm plasma. Then systemctl enable ssdm. Then, for a non-root user, I added echo "exec startkde" to .xinitrc. Everything seems to work, but in different sources it is described differently and whether I did too much (for example, in one they just installed plasma and that's it). It's also a little confusing that the sddm login window looks somehow ugly, not like in kubuntu. Duplicated on 2 more monitors.

I'm guessing...
sudo systemctl set-default graphical.target
Do you have sddm loaded? sudo systemctl status sddm?
Perhaps sudo systemctl disable xdm first? Before sudo systemctl enable sddm? Or whatever you have by default as a display manager, if any.
.xinitrc is not needed in this case... I guess. Didn't put on shoes. Well, reboot.
Well, the fonts you need to deliver manually may not be through your package manager.
