Have I chosen the right equipment and does the NVR allow parallel connection to cameras?

Hello!
I need to take care of the car. The distance is about 20 meters. The goal is to identify children who play football near him. (3 cameras)
As far as I understand, these cameras should be enough for me ? (I want dome Sony)
Initially, I wanted to use a server on Windows (3965u) + poe-switch, but still decided that it would be better to take a separate NVR for recording (PoE) and power; like this should fit ?
But I would also like to connect cameras to MajorDomo.
Well, actually the question is: is it possible to connect to the camera with several programs? That is, for the NVR to record video and at the same time, the smart home plug-in does its dirty work...

1. I wouldn't order cameras from Alisha. Not the fact that onvif is fully implemented there.
2. This camera has three lens modifications. 8 mm, 6 mm, 3.6 mm, 2.8 mm, respectively, the spatial resolution will be very, very different.
Here is the planned image with 2.8mm:
But with 8 mm
3. It is not clear what the installation height is, a lot depends on this.
4. (updated) Support for H.264 is declared both there and there, so it will most likely work.
5. You need to read the manuals. In general, modern cameras are able to send 2-3 streams with different resolutions simultaneously to 5 clients. What is maintained in this chamber - I do not know, because it is from the cellars of China.
