Hash and ip address in i2p

I have a question regarding the functioning of i2p.

If you go to the "Network DB" -> "All routers" in the router, you can see the hashes of the nodes and their corresponding ip-addresses. When I launched the i2psnark torrent client, there was only one node in the list of peers and you can view the first 4 characters of its hash.

1) Can this node be found in the list of routers?
2) What will be the answer to the previous question if there are few network users?
3) Is it possible to collect the hash=ip base from the list of routers and then somehow identify users?

Perhaps I did not quite understand the network structure, so I apologize in advance.

In i2p, as far as I know, a private hash is attached to the ipi, which is not displayed anywhere. There is also a public hash that is not tied to ipi.
Private The creators themselves strongly recommend keeping it a secret.
I myself used i2p for the last time in 2009, at that time in the list of available hops for tunnels there were just ip (including mine), without hashes.
The very idea of the network is not to hide the very fact of use, but to hide the fact of the movement of specific traffic-information within the network.

Briefly: 1) turn off the pilot 2) wait a couple of minutes 3) turn on the pilot.
In case of voltage drops in computer power supplies, protection may work and it will not turn on until it is completely de-energized (for a couple of minutes). Well, if the drop did not kill the power supply, then it will turn on anyway.
