Has YouTube fixed this bug?

A playlist is created on YouTube with two videos: the first is any video, and the second is the video for which you need to get views. When embedding a playlist on a website, you can change the code by setting the start time in the first video to the last second. The playlist is set to autoplay=1, which causes YouTube to ignore views. However, due to a bug, this rule only applies to the first video, and watching the second YouTube already counts.
