Has the lenovo 120s-11iap netbook battery died?

The battery has stopped working on a lenovo 120s-11iap netbook. System: kubuntu lts. Symptoms:
- writes that the volume is 92%, the battery is charging, but always 0%
- when the power cord is disconnected, it immediately turns off
- it also does not show signs of life without being connected to the mains
- the netbook works normally from the network
- the charging indicator in the netbook itself flashes three short orange signals, while making interesting sounds.
What can you say? Is it a battery RIP or can anything be done?

Yes, I had the same symptoms. It's definitely a dead battery.
