Has the Bitrix administrative panel ceased to be displayed on the catalog pages?

The administrative panel is no longer displayed on the catalog pages (products and sections). On the page site_ru/catalog/ it is displayed normally. On other pages it displays normally.
What could be the problem?

Thank you. It's decided. After the php update, the rights to the folder for saving sessions flew off.

Check the design/layout (maybe other elements overlap or hide). Check the display $APPLICATION->ShowPanel(), there may be conditions for this page.
