Has something changed with the publication of topics?

I remember earlier for publication in a thematic blog, karma >=5 was needed and for a personal one >=0. Now for publication in any need >=5 or am I confusing something?

It's just that several good people, for example MathWay , have already complained that although karma is positive, the publication does not go anywhere except drafts. Moreover, a notification about the lack of karma pops up when trying to preview (?).

And is this change related to the recent drop in the number of topics (or did it seem to me?). If such a change in the publication model takes place, then how can a person publish an interesting topic? beg for karma? - not beautiful, through the sandbox? So why does he need another invite? Publish yourself with a link to a person? - also somehow not very logical.

UPDthanks to the silent well-wishers, but it’s definitely not me that should be plused, but let’s say MathWay, which is eager to share esoteric knowledge about network load scaling and other interesting things with the world.

Changed a very long time ago. Now you can write to all blogs only with a karma of more than five.
Because of this, questions constantly appear in questions “I just registered, but I can’t publish topics. Where to get karma?
