The password is complex (16 characters when I enter it from a piece of paper), two-factor authorization is enabled. Is it a burglary.

In the presence of two-factor authorization - hacking is highly unlikely. Write to their TP, check with them for details.
Perhaps you really had something with the provider or VPN or proxy. Or the opera was in VPN mode.
