Has anyone worked with EGAIS?

From January 1, EGAIS is introduced for alcohol. All computers are on Linux, but the program is for Windows systems. I wanted to try to install and test how it works, run under Wine, but I can’t find an installer for a free (!) Program.
Has anyone come across? Googled but couldn't find it.
The same question refers to what kind of scanners are needed if the usual ones do not fit? datamatrix?
