Has anyone used SkypeConnect (Skype for SIP) before?
Actually, subject. (in english )
Our company wants to post a skype-button “call” on the site so that Skype users can get to our Call Center from all over the world for free, incl. from foreign trips, because in Russia we already have 8-800.
On Habré there was even an announcement of the service leaving the beta version status.
The main point is precisely in routing incoming multi-channel Skype calls to a crowd of Call Center operators.
The vendor of our PBX is included in the list certified for SkypeConnect (Avaya) and it has SIP support, so there are no problems with this. But still there are questions:
- Has anyone already implemented this at home?
— What rake?
- What should I pay attention to?
- How does it work, stable?

Implemented, connected SkypeConnect to PBX Panasonic TDE200.
There was only one rake, on the site in the "Authentication data" there is an item "Select the method of authentication used by your PBX.", For normal operation, you need to take the parameters in both tabs.
I got a little confused with setting up a profile for incoming calls, it turned out that I needed to create a new subscriber.
Works quite stably, no problems were noticed.
