Has anyone seen an extension for chrome to clear the cache so that it is possible to select the url of a specific site, and not clean it for all at once.

Go to Chrome dev tools -> Resources and clear cookies and stuff.
To clean the static from the server - ctrl/cmd+shift+r.
No extension needed)
In the developer console settings, you can disable the use of the cache when the console is open. Very handy for a developer. F12 opens the console, F5 updates everything past the cache.
Chrome, Chromium Ctrl + F5 or ⇧ Shift + F5 To clear the browser cache for the current page.
For other browsers:
Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + ⇧ Shift + R
