Has anyone encountered this error when importing TensorFlow on Windows?

Hello. Installed TensorFlow via PIP, but when importing, I get this error:

Just recently there was such a failure. It turned out that the new version of tensorflow for some reason gives such an error. After downgrading to the lower version 1.5 everything worked.
