Has anyone completed programming courses at the Specialist Center for Computer Education at the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman? I want to go but there are no adequate reviews. The choice fell on a new course in C #, I'm sitting in agony.

I took this course. And a basic course on the language and .NET technologies. These courses are not copyrighted and are 100% based on manuals from Microsoft. These manuals are written about a year after the release of the platform. Whether these courses will be useful to you personally, I cannot say. I don't know your learning abilities and starting position. In my opinion, the problem is that the cost of these courses is very high, and if you are not going to take Microsoft certification exams, you can find all the necessary study materials cheaper and easier. If there is no money problem in front of you, you can try. It definitely won’t get worse, but there will also be a teacher who can answer questions that arise.
Quite right. They won't. Any courses are nothing more than one of the many ways to "honestly take money from the population." For a number of economic reasons, they are physically unable to provide knowledge.
And C# is not a great science, if you wish, you can figure it out yourself in a couple of weeks. For free
