I am writing a simple CMS for the needs of our project. VPS is rented from digitalocean.com. For several days, someone has been scanning a large number of folders for php scripts from this ip 89.248.174.31.

Went to this ip and now what happened

Is it illegal to scan folders? Treat it like a free trial of your product. If you write the code correctly, you have nothing to fear.
