Has anyone been able to build iTransmission.app on the new Xcode?

Here is the most frequently updated fork of itransmission 4 and it is not going to ios 9. Apple allowed to install applications with self-signed certificates. It would be cool to build a torrent client for a non-jailbroken ipad.
