Hardware remote access server?

We are looking for a hardware device that connects to the VGA output of the video card (more precisely, between it and the monitor, so that the monitor also shows) and to the USB inputs of the computer, allowing you to connect to it remotely over the network, regardless of the state of the operating system and software on it. A kind of hardware VNC server. AdderLink iPEPS is no longer available due to inadequate pricing. Thanks in advance.

A hardware remote access server is always expensive, because it is a component of the server hardware, which is not provided for in the desktop in principle. For a long time I was looking for something that could be plugged in, because I have a Wheelbarrow (I write it with a capital letter for a reason, because it hides some of our servers), the only drawback of which is the lack of a remote console. But on IP KVM they will never give me money :)
