Hard drive problem?

We had such a problem, we have a server “HPE-P9500” “HPE-XP7” and two hard drives (number 1 and number 2). We supplied and connected only one disk number 1 to the server (disk number 1 in the photo), the server sees this disk number 1 and everything is fine. We removed this disk number 1 and in place of this disk we supplied and connected only one disk number 2 to the server (disk number 2 in the photo), the server does not see this disk number 2. Two disks are all the same, but as written, the server does not see disk number 2.

Wai-wai, don’t understand my yours at all ...
You need to start with the fact that these devices are not servers at all, but shelves. Therefore, in order to determine what happened, you need to run the shelf management program or go to it on the web face and look for error messages.
And by the way, I agree with SyavaSyava - the disks are actually not exactly the same - the same model, but on the second one I see the Sanov's logo, that is, the disk manufacturers are different. And most likely, the second is simply faulty.

Well, everything is simple and obvious here, change the disk and restore from backups (or maybe there was a raid)
