Hello.
The system began to freeze and messages about problems with the hard drive came out: \ I

Smart, while in the same Victoria it says GOOD, and in HDDlife it says that the health of the disk is already critical.

It can be seen that the HDD is slowly crumbling, this is evidenced by the indicators 'Reallocated Event Count' and 'Current Pending Sector Count' . It is advisable to save important data from this disk to a more reliable place, and replace the disk itself in the near future.
To make sure the drive needs to be changed, run the long SMART test, it will most likely fail.
Under Linux, this can be done like this (requires the smartmontools package):
$ smartctl -t long /dev/sdX
$ smartctl -l selftest /dev/sdX
Under Windows, I don’t know a universal solution, dig towards utilities for work with HDD. I think the Hitachi Drive Fitness Test should work (in his case, the desired test type is called 'Extended test'):

HDD Khan, in the top photo, in Victoria, in the upper right corner, a plate indicating the sectors, green, yellow marked sectors with a high response time (more than 200 and 500 ms, red marked the so-called "hard bed", i.e. sectors not readable.

The results of Victoria's test are better than any SMART, so take it apart hard on magnets.
