Hard Ban on Facebook Ad Accounts

Why is Facebook banning all new ad accounts? One has only to create the first advertisement and the account is immediately blocked, referring to the allegedly possible hacking of the account. How to create an ad correctly so that a ban does not follow? Or maybe you need to wait some time for new accounts before creating ads on it?

I'm already so sick of it .. now I'm already creating the 10th account, each time with new tricks, like new dedics, clean socks, etc. Not only is it blocking - it's blocking with money! acc lives for a maximum of a week (if you're lucky) and flies to the block.
I replenish Qiwi - if the entire budget is spent on advertising - this is good luck, but as a rule they block it again, support answers once a month (yes, yes!) With templates, referring to violations of the rules that are NOT! I know the facebook rules by heart.
They often block immediately after replenishment (and this is terrifying as infuriating)
Now I bought seasoned FB accounts, I'll try this, I doubt it will help
PS: I hate Facebook!
