Hacking sites on timeweb, a banner from mail.ru what is the reason?

Already on the second site and the second account from the timeweb, such an advertisement appeared.


The first site is on opencart, the second landing, so I think either hosting hacking or some popular script.
Maybe someone has already encountered?

Possible hacking, also the provider interferes with http traffic, or malicious extensions in the browser
