Habrahabr.ru does not open
Hello everyone, for a week now, for some unclear reason, habrahabr.ru stopped opening from my IP address, only opera unite and proxy help. Here is the output of netcat, ping and ipconfig:
C:\Users\root>ping habrahabr.ru
Packet exchange with habrahabr.ru [62.213.71.224] with 32 bytes of data:
Response from 62.213.71.224: number of bytes=32 time=96ms TTL =54

C:\Users\root>netcat.exe -v

habrahabr.ru [62.213.71.224] 443 (https): connection refused
C:\Users\root>ipconfig
IP protocol configuration for Windows
Ethernet adapter LAN connection:
IPv4 address............ : 95.65.42.122
Subnet mask..........: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway.........: 95.65.42.1
I removed everything unnecessary from the log to make it easier to understand the problem. I am sure that the provider did not impose a ban on habrahabr.ru. My firewall is disabled and I have an antivirus with the most up-to-date database.
I have a suspicion that my IP address could somehow fall under the spam filter. (the similar problem already was on other sites). How can I be in such a case, where to turn?

In order to leave comments, you need to log in
Check your file /Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts
For the presence of the line
95.65.42.122 habrahabr.ru
If there is, delete it. This file tells the system which ip address to look for this or that hostname without recourse to DNS. For example, ping habrababr.ru gives me a completely different IP address:
PING habrahabr.ru (178.248.233.33) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 178.248.233.33: icmp_req=1 ttl=59 time=79.3 ms
Did you write a letter to support? There are living people who, if they don’t solve the problem, will say at least something more useful than this and subsequent comments.
