Habr is buggy in different browsers (buttons are not pressed)?
Today I received an invite, went to register at the Opera 12.00 pre-alpha and at the second step (where the nickname, password, soap) I could not press the button - the animation started (black and white stripes), but nothing further happened. I thought it was a bug in Opera and tried it in IE9 - registration worked (in Opera, by the way, “login” doesn’t work in the same way), but in the profile settings I can’t go to the “Account”, “Privacy”, “Notification” tabs. How is it treated?
Deleted cookies. Java and even flash player updated. Sorry if I posted in the wrong place.

It is strange to ask why something is buggy in the pre-alpha version of the browser. I'm sitting on the latest stable Opera, everything works.
maybe the pre-alpha version is not very stable and it has a lot of bugs? =)
Cookies, in my opinion, have nothing to do with it. You need to clear the cache . Links are implemented in HTML + JavaScript. If it does not help with the cache, try reinstalling the browser.
With the opera, too, constant problems. Voting, adding to favorites and half of the functionality on Ajax often do not work. I wrote to the developers, but in response, silence.
Try manually clearing the temp folder.
Its path is: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp
Or, for faster (relatively) access to the folder (for win7), open start > in the search box, enter %temp%
