Habr distributes malware?

I decided to finish reading the post on Habré, which was opened earlier in the Chrome mobile tab and saw an offer to download the file: "Android_Update_6.apk".
Screenshots in dropbox: https://carousel.dropbox.com/photos/cc/DSu7juo21P17PEM
Apk itself: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ijia43wtqqjqqsl/Android_...
From open tabs: Google, w3bsit3-dns.com habr.
Of course, it's very cool that the administration wants to earn, as they say, the flag in your hands, but without me as a user.

The problem is in one of the ads from Google, if you have the opportunity - leave a link to my comment to a specific ad (or ads) that are on the page from which you are prompted to download this file.
This is the only way we can figure out a specific advertiser so that Google blocks it.

Your Internet provider does not sin with the substitution of advertising?

Maybe a virus on your phone?

Observed identical behavior of Habr!
When viewing a post from a smart machine, the file "Android_Update_6.apk" was loaded automatically. The download was from the domain (I can make a mistake, I write from memory) - tracking2016.ru.
I haven’t installed it on smart for the last couple of months, I don’t think it’s a virus.
